Eligibility
You may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the charge date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders.
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout.
- Find the order you want refunded and follow the prompts to request a refund.
- Alternatively, email us at intlmarketsix@gmail.com and we'll submit the request on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you cancel outside the 30-day window, you retain access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
